Shipping Fee Calculation

Your Shipping Fee is calculated as fairly as possible based upon the weight or size of the products you have placed in your shopping cart. Each product has a weight, and a size determined by length, width and height.             

In determining the Shipping Weight of a package, the maximum of either the Total Weight or the Minimum Density Weight (MDW) must be used.

The MDW is determined to ensure that the shipping fee for lightweight and bulky parcels adequately covers the cost of transportation for the space they occupy. It is calculated by using the following formula: (length X width X height) / 6000.

Shipping and Handling in the USA

Shipping & handling is only US$6 per order within the United States, and free for orders greater than US$75. We ship to US destinations by first class mail which normally takes 2 to 8 business days. We also have an option for priority mail for US$8 dollars which takes 2 to 5 business days. Sometimes the postal service takes longer to deliver and we have not control over this. 

UPS to USA destinations
For an additional charge we have

UPS ground - US$12 - takes 2 to 7 business days.
UPS three day - US$14 - takes 3 business days to arrive. We may add a few dollars extra if the package is over 3 pounds.
UPS 2nd day -US$17 - takes 2 business days to arrive. We may add a few dollars extra if the package is over 3 pounds.
UPS or FedEx next day - US$27 - arrives the next business day. We may add a few dollars extra if the package is over 2 pounds.

International Shipping

Canada and Mexico - Shipping cost is US$8 for orders up to US$99. We may manually add US$2 for each US$50 additional order amount due to higher cost of shipping if the package is heavy. We ship by airmail which normally takes 3 to 12 business days. Customs in some cases may delay delivery an extra few days. This is not in our control.

We also have a global express method that takes 3 to 5 business days for US$15 . The shipment may arrive after 5 business days if customs slows the entry. This is not in our control. We may add a few dollars if the package is very heavy.

International - Shipping charge

International Shipping charge is US$10 for international orders up to US$100. We may manually add US$3 dollars for each US$50 dollar additional order amount due to higher cost of shipping. So, for an order of US$200, the total shipping cost could be US$16. We ship airmail which normally takes 5 to 15 business days. We also have a quicker Global Express mail for a US$35.00 charge. We may add a few dollars more if the package is very heavy.

Customs in some cases delays delivery by a few days. This is not in our control. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you intend to order. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not be able to issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in good condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

Return and Refund Policy

We sincerely hope you get the desired effects from the supplements you purchase. However no one can guarantee that this will happen. Each person is unique in their response. One person may notice great benefit from a supplement, while another may have a side effect. Discuss with your health care provider if a particular supplement is appropriate for you before you purchase. We cannot guarantee a supplement will help you; however, we do guarantee that the products we are offering are of the highest quality available.

We will offer a full refund minus a US$8 processing fee (it takes a lot of employee time to process a refund, plus credit card fees) if a bottle is returned to us unopened and in excellent condition. This offer applies to items that are returned within 30 days of purchase and you include a copy of the original invoice. This offer is limited to 2 bottles.We also request that you email us first at amethystcorp@yahoo.com confirm your return and so we can give you a return order number.

We are not able to offer a refund once the seal is broken and the bottle is opened. Unless you notify us within 30 days of your order (domestic) and 40 days (international), we cannot offer a refund if you claim that you never received your package.

We will ask for your name, address, credit card #, expiration date, phone number, and which products you wish to order.
